NEW PROGRAM "Step-It-Up" Designed to increase cardio strength as well as hip, leg and ankle flexibility through 30 minutes of continual movement using various intensities of stepping on a smooth level surface.
FOR CLASS YOU NEED TO BRING:
Beginner Pilates: Exercise mat, 2lb hand weights, yoga block
Intermediate Pilates: Exercise mat, 2 or 3lb hand weights, yoga block, foam roller*
