  • Welcome to our Pilates and Stretch Exercise Programs. If you would like to enroll in one or more programs or receive more program information, please fill in the Registration Form on the right.     NEW PROGRAM  "Step-It-Up 50 & 65 Years Plus" Designed to increase cardio strength as well as hip, leg and ankle flexibility through 30 minutes of continual movement using various intensities of stepping on a smooth level surface.

    FOR CLASS YOU NEED TO BRING:
    Beginner Pilates: Exercise mat, 2lb hand weights, yoga block
    Intermediate Pilates: Exercise mat, 2 or 3lb hand weights, yoga block, foam roller*
    Stretch & Breath: Exercise mat, yoga block, foam roller*
    Step It Up: Good pair of running / walking shoes
    *( Need a foam roller? We have new professional grade foam rollers for sale. )
