• Pilates Registration

  • Welcome to our Pilates and Stretch Exercise Programs. If you would like to enroll in a program or receive more information about the programs, please fill in the Registration Form on the right. We will contact you to answer questions and ensure you are in the right class. If you are a returning participant, click here to download a registration form.

    When attending class, please wear appropriate clothing. Bring an exercise mat & thick blanket. Beginner Pilates bring 2lb hand weights. Intermediate Pilates bring 2lb hand weights & foam roller. Back Fitness & Stretch bring a foam roller. If you need a roller, let us know in advance.

    Payment is by cash, cheque or e-transfer made payable to Susan Veale.
