• Pilates Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced

  • Based on Joseph Pilates original system of rehabilitative exercise known as “Contrology”, Pilates is a series of exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen the core muscles of the abdomen, back and hips while improving overall flexibility. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes are offered from October to June indoors and outdoors during summer months lakeside at Barnet Park. Drop-in's are welcome.
